Sanaa: A Republican Decree No. (43) for the year 1447 AH was issued on Thursday, establishing the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance. The decree outlines the framework and structure for the newly formed authority, which aims to regulate and manage endowments and guidance-related activities.
According to Yemen News Agency, the decree is composed of thirty-six articles categorically divided into five chapters. Chapter One introduces the title, definitions, and establishment of the authority. Chapter Two focuses on the objectives, duties, and general mandates that the authority will undertake. Chapter Three delves into the administration of the authority, further divided into sections detailing the council and the executive management of the authority.
Chapter Four addresses the resources and financial system that will support the authority's operations. Finally, Chapter Five provides general and concluding provisions. Article (36) of the decree emphasizes that the decision shall be effective immediately from the date of its issuance and mandates its publication in the Official Gazette.
