Hajjah: The Republican Hospital Authority in Hajjah governorate concluded on Sunday a 10-day workshop on the lessons from Imam Ali's covenant to Malik al-Ashtar. The workshop was designed to impart knowledge about the duties, responsibilities, and standards detailed in the historical document to 90 staff members from the 'Messenger of Allah' batch.
According to Yemen News Agency, Hajjah undersecretary Mohammed al-Qadi emphasized the significance of such programs in enhancing institutional performance. He advocated for the implementation of these educational initiatives across all government entities to ensure a broader impact.
Republican Hospital Authority Chairman Dr. Ibrahim al-Ashwal spoke on the importance of adhering to these principles as a means to improve institutional development and the quality of services provided. He underscored the potential for significant advancement by integrating these time-tested guidelines into daily operations.
Dean of the University of the Sciences of the Quran, Abdullah Miyah, noted the covenant's value as a comprehensive resource for organizational improvement. He highlighted its role in enhancing staff capabilities, thereby promoting better performance and more efficient work processes.
