Sana’a: Researcher Ali Abdulrahman Al-Wadi has been awarded a master’s degree from the Center for Public Administration at Sana’a University. His thesis, titled “The Impact of Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction among Commercial Sector Employees at the Public Telecommunications Corporation,” was the focus of his academic achievement.
According to Yemen News Agency, the discussion and judging committee was led by Dr. Munther Ishaq, who served as the supervisor. The committee also included Dr. Hamid Al-Mikhlafi as the external discussant and Dr. Khalid Al-Qaidani as the internal discussant. They commended the thesis’s content and the conclusions drawn by Al-Wadi. Furthermore, they recommended that the Ministry of Communications and the Telecom General Corporation print the thesis and use it to enhance job performance quality.
The event was attended by several notable individuals, including the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Mohammed Al-Mahdi, and the Executive Director of Telecom General Corporation, Eng. Sadiq Muslih.
