Sana'a: Researcher Fuad Qassem Ali Al-Tawhimi was awarded a Master's degree with honors on Tuesday from the Department of Political Science at the Faculty of Commerce and Economics, Sana'a University, for his thesis titled "The Reality of Local Authority in Yemen During the Period (2015-2022): The Capital Secretariat as a Model."
According to Yemen News Agency, the judging and examination committee consisted of Dr. Adnan Yasin Ghalib Al-Maqtari from Sana'a University, who served as the main supervisor, Dr. Hameed Abdulghani Seif Al-Makhlaafi from Hodeidah University as the external examiner, and Dr. Abdulkarim Abdullah Al-Rawdi from Sana'a University as the internal examiner. The committee praised the study's content, recognizing it as a significant contribution to the field of local governance.
