Amran:Researcher Nabih Nasser Abu Shousaa has been awarded a Master's degree in Business Administration with distinction from Amran University. His thesis focused on evaluating the implementation of strategic management at the Amran Cement Factory from the employees' perspectives.
According to Yemen News Agency, the defense and examination committee praised the researcher's efforts. The committee was chaired by Dr. Zayed Al-Manzou' from Al-Bayda University, and included Dr. Mujahid Al-Mashraqi as the supervisor and Dr. Abdul-Fattah Al-Qaras as the internal examiner. They highlighted the practical value of the thesis.
The study aimed to assess how well strategic management requirements were met at the factory, using a descriptive methodology for data collection. It concluded with findings and recommendations to enhance the factory's competitiveness and improve operational efficiency.
The defense was attended by Dr. Mohammed Al-Dhal'i, President of Amran University, along with several academics and interested individuals.
