Sanaa: The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, affirmed the continued commitment of the Yemeni people to their steadfast position in confronting the Israeli enemy in any aggression or confrontation.
According to Yemen News Agency, in his speech addressing the developments of the aggression on Gaza and the regional and international situation, Sayyed Abdul-Malik stated that Yemen remains resolute in its position, fully convinced of the justice of its cause, and determined to continue confronting Israeli threats and aggression. He highlighted the history of Israeli operations against Yemen, which included 107 airstrikes and naval bombardments, and emphasized that these actions only strengthened Yemen's stance.
Sayyed Abdul-Malik further explained the failures of American efforts to influence Yemen's position despite launching over 1,700 airstrikes. He stressed that sacrifices made for their cause are a source of pride and emphasized the importance of patience and steadfastness in maintaining their position.
Addressing the aggression on Gaza, Sayyed Abdul-Malik criticized the ongoing crimes committed by the Israeli occupation army and the international silence surrounding these actions. He condemned the targeting of civilian shelters and described the actions of the Israeli forces as barbaric. He also pointed out the longstanding support of the West for the Zionist entity and the functional role of occupation and dominance it plays over the Islamic Ummah.
Sayyed Abdul-Malik highlighted the ineffective nature of international institutions in protecting oppressed peoples and criticized the complicit or passive stance of many Arab and Islamic governments. He underscored the failure of these institutions in addressing the Zionist crimes and stressed the futility of relying on them.
He further highlighted the crimes against humanity committed by Israeli forces, including the boasting of killing Palestinians and the use of tactics like starvation and death traps. He confirmed reports of drugs being inserted into aid supplies and the destruction of hospitals in Gaza, all amid continued support for Israel from Western nations.
The Leader of the Revolution addressed the incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque and the dangers posed to Islamic sanctities by Zionist plans. He lamented the weak responses of Arab and Islamic governments and warned that these actions embolden the enemy.
Sayyed Abdul-Malik also addressed the situation in the West Bank, noting widespread destruction and displacement, as well as Israeli expansionist plans. He praised the Irish government's decision to ban imports from settlements and urged for broader boycotts and international efforts to isolate the Zionist regime.
In outlining Yemen's support front operations, he confirmed missile and drone attacks on enemy positions and the effective blockade of Israeli shipping routes. He warned of further Israeli ambitions if their goals in Gaza were achieved.
He praised Iran's response to Israeli aggression as a model of strength and deterrence and called on the Yemeni people to demonstrate in support of Palestine. He concluded by reaffirming Yemen's commitment to resistance as a path to dignity and freedom.
