Sanaa: Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, reiterated Yemen's unwavering commitment to supporting the Palestinian people. In a speech delivered at al-Quds Forum during World al-Quds Day activities, al-Houthi emphasized Yemen's principled, faith-based position in backing the Palestinians with all available resources, relying on divine support and victory.
According to Yemen News Agency, al-Houthi honored martyrs from Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, and Iran, acknowledging their sacrifices on the path to al-Quds. He praised the mujahideen and nations confronting Zionist-Israeli-American aggression. The leader paid tribute to historical figures such as Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Ismail Haniyeh, highlighting their influential roles and contributions towards the Palestinian cause.
Al-Houthi also remembered former Iranian president, the late Sayyed Ebrahim Raisi, for his dedication to the Palestinian issue. He stressed the importance of adopting a position that meets the level of responsibility needed to address the challenge posed by Israeli and American actions aimed at displacing Palestinians.
The leader criticized the Israeli aggression, highlighting the ongoing violence in Gaza and the West Bank, including killings and displacement in areas like Jenin, Tulkarm, and Nablus. He called on Arab nations to take a courageous stance against the displacement of Palestinians and reject normalization with Israel.
Al-Houthi outlined Yemen's comprehensive stance, rooted in its faith, to support Palestinians through military means, including naval operations and missile strikes targeting Israeli positions. He affirmed Yemen's continued support in the face of American aggression.
