Washington - Ma'an - Oil prices continue to rise in trading today, Monday, in light of concerns about supplies as a result of geopolitical tensions, and positive data on the Chinese economy. By 09:20 Moscow time, US crude futures rose by 0.32% to $83.44 per barrel, while Brent crude futures rose by 0.26% to $87.23 per barrel. Oil prices ended trading last March with an increase of more than 7%, as US crude contracts rose by 7.4% and Brent crude contracts rose by 7.15%. Oil markets also received support from positive indicators of the recovery of the Chinese economy, as monthly factory activity last month in China recorded growth for the first time in six months.
