Moscow: The Russian central bank has announced that the country's foreign exchange reserves have exceeded a significant threshold, reaching over 650 billion dollars. According to Yemen News Agency, the bank detailed that as of March, Russia's international reserves, which include highly liquid foreign assets such as foreign exchange, gold, and special drawing rights, amounted to more than 650.4 billion dollars. The central bank emphasized the importance of these reserves, stating that they are crucial for maintaining financial stability in the face of global economic challenges and persistently high inflation rates. The reserves serve as a financial buffer, ensuring that Russia can navigate turbulent economic conditions with greater resilience. Russia's international foreign exchange reserves rose by 8.5 billion dollars in March to more than 650.4 billion dollars, the Central Bank of Russia announced on Thursday.
