Sa’ada Branch of Higher Academy of Quranic Studies Hosts Event for Prophet’s Birthday

Sa'ada: The Sa'ada branch of the Higher Academy of Quranic Studies and Sciences, in collaboration with the Martyrs' Sons School for Islamic Studies, organized a preparatory event on Monday to celebrate the Prophet's Birthday for the year 1448 AH.

According to Yemen News Agency, the event witnessed the participation of several governorate deputy officials, leaders, directors of executive offices, and members from both the Higher Academy and the Martyrs' Sons School. Scholar Mohammed Al-Mu'ayyadi highlighted the significance of commemorating the Prophet's Birthday, viewing it as a crucial opportunity for the Muslim community to realign with the teachings of the Prophet Mohammed, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, and to draw meaningful lessons from his exemplary life.

Al-Mu'ayyadi emphasized the importance of this event for the Yemeni people, noting that it reflects their historical and profound connection to the Prophet, who is regarded as the Mercy Bestowed and the Exemplar to Be Followed. He remarked on their dedication to the Prophet's righteous path as a means to confront challenges while promoting values such as solidarity and unity.

The event featured speeches and presentations that underscored the importance of the occasion in fortifying faith-based identity and strengthening ties to the Holy Quran and the life of the Prophet. The aim is to cultivate a generation that is equipped with awareness and knowledge, capable of carrying forward the message of Islam and its noble humanitarian values.
