Sa'ada: Sa'ada province undersecretary for the Services Sector, Saleh Oqab, has inaugurated an electronic collection system for the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund's revenues in the province. Oqab emphasized that this new electronic payment system marks a pivotal advancement towards institutional efficiency, simplified procedures, and improved financial transparency, effectively replacing outdated and less transparent methods.
According to Yemen News Agency, Oqab praised the collaborative efforts of the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund and the Ministry of Finance in fostering transparency and implementing the automation of financial operations within government entities. This initiative is seen as a crucial part of the government's broader reform efforts.
Najib al-Sa'adi, Director of the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund in the province, elaborated on the functioning of the new electronic collection system and the accompanying revenue collection devices. He indicated that this development is in line with the financial reforms and development plan spearheaded by the Ministry of Finance and the province.
Yahya Rubaid, Director of the Agricultural Cooperative Credit Bank (CAC Bank) branch in the province, pointed out the benefits of electronic collection, particularly its security and ease of use. He highlighted the bank's extensive network and agents across the governorate's districts, which aid in streamlining the collection process.
