Sana'a: The Planning Sector and the General Administration for Development Research and Training at the Sana'a Capital Authority held a workshop on Tuesday to discuss the development report and analyze the current situation of Bani al-Harith District for the year 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, the workshop targeted 20 leaders and staff members from the local authority and executive offices in Bani al-Harith District. It reviewed the foundations for preparing a three-year strategic plan as well as the executive plan for the year 1448 AH.
The event aimed to enhance and develop participants' capacities in preparing reports and development and service plans in accordance with a participatory approach based on accurate data and indicators. It also included a review of development data and indicators related to the district, in coordination with executive offices and relevant authorities, as well as the presentation of practical models for planning, linking them to priorities and actual needs.
The workshop is part of an integrated training program aimed at strengthening work efficiency, systematic planning, and participatory approaches across the districts of the Capital Authority, while improving the quality of development outputs.
