Sana'a: Sana'a governor Abdulbasit al-Hadi inspected on Monday summer program activities in Bani Hushaish district. Governor al-Hadi, accompanied by province undersecretary Mane' al-Aghrabi and Abdullah al-Abyad, and governor's advisor Yahya al-Mu'aydi, reviewed the progress of activities at Imam Ali School in the al-Shariyah area and the Martyr Leader School in Beit al-Nakheef, Ghadran sub-district.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Governor and his entourage listened to explanations from those in charge of the summer centers regarding the implementation of educational and cultural programs and activities aimed at developing students' abilities and strengthening their connection to religious values and faith-based identity.
Governor al-Hadi emphasized the importance of the community's role in protecting youth from soft warfare and misguided ideologies by engaging with the summer centers to achieve their goal of creating a safe environment for teaching and memorizing the Holy Quran and instilling faith-based identity in the hearts of students. He commended the efforts of the educational staff and field workers, as well as the role of parents in encouraging their children to enroll in these centers, which enhance their awareness and contribute to developing their scientific and intellectual abilities.
Meanwhile, district director Rajih al-Hanami, along with the district mobilization officer Walid al-Arkada, and head of the education sector, Sabri al-Qahim, affirmed their commitment to monitoring the implementation of summer program activities in all villages and districts of the district, and to working to overcome obstacles and provide the necessary resources to ensure their success and the achievement of their objectives.
