Sana’a Meeting Reviews Progress in Local Manufacturing of Medicines for Burn Patients

Sana’a: The Manufacturing and Self-Sufficiency Committee for Burn Patients’ Medicines held a meeting on Thursday, chaired by Dr. Essam al-Rumaima, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Environment for Health Research and Studies, to discuss progress in producing local medical and herbal treatments.



According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting focused on achieving self-sufficiency by utilizing national resources. It approved the formation of four specialized subcommittees to accelerate the development of locally manufactured products. The meeting also emphasized the importance of academic and clinical research to enhance healthcare outcomes.
