Sana'a: The Security Committee in Sana'a governorate on Wednesday reviewed the performance of security agencies and measures to enhance stability during its third-quarter meeting for 1447 AH. The meeting, chaired by Governor Abdulbasit al-Hadi, discussed security reports, progress in implementing previous recommendations, and key indicators of successes and challenges.
According to Yemen News Agency, security officials presented a report on activities carried out during the past period, along with proposals to improve operations and reduce crime rates across the governorate. Participants stressed the need for heightened vigilance and stronger coordination between security, local authorities, and military entities to reinforce stability and public order.
Governor al-Hadi praised the efforts of security forces in maintaining safety and protecting public and private property, emphasizing the importance of community cooperation in addressing security challenges. For his part, Security Director Brigadier General Mujahid Ayed affirmed continued efforts to develop personnel capabilities, enhance coordination, and provide technical resources to improve performance.
During the meeting, the governor was honored by the Security Directorate for his support, while Major Amer Ahmed Amer, Director of Security Media, was also recognized for his role in promoting security awareness and strengthening community partnership.
