Sana’a Undertakes Asphalt Repairs on Al-Sittin Street

Sana'a: The Executive Unit for Roads and Public Spaces in the Capital Secretariat has initiated asphalt works and rehabilitation on damaged sections of Al-Sittin Street, with funding from local sources.

According to Yemen News Agency, Abdulkarim al-Houthi, Deputy Secretary for Public Works, stated that the project involves repairs extending from Al-Jumah Roundabout to the Traffic Roundabout on Taiz Street, with a budget allocation of 80 million riyals.

Project Director Ammar Al-Zindani reported that 3,000 square meters were rehabilitated from the Traffic Roundabout to the Presidential Bridge, and an additional 1,850 square meters in sections following the Omran Roundabout. The project also includes broader maintenance efforts on secondary streets across the city.
