Sana'a:Saudi aircraft launched several airstrikes on Friday targeting two factories in the capital city.
According to Yemen News Agency, the airstrikes hit a sponge factory in the Shamlan area, located west of Sana'a. The attack resulted in damage to a nearby mosque and residential homes.
Further north, in the Al-Jimnah area, the Sama Al-Nahda factory, which trades in building and electrical materials, was also targeted.
A local source condemned these actions, accusing the Saudi forces of consistently attacking economic facilities to impoverish the Yemeni people and exacerbate their suffering.
