Saudi Airstrike in Haradh Condemned by Eye Humanity Center

Haradh:Eye Humanity Center for Rights and Development has condemned a deadly airstrike carried out by Saudi forces on the home of Ali Mohammed Adhli in the Haradh district of Hajjah governorate.

According to Yemen News Agency, the attack resulted in the deaths of Adhli, his wife, and four of their children, while their six-year-old daughter was left severely injured.

The Center's official statement, released through the Yemen News Agency, described the attack as a deliberate targeting of civilians. It also noted another airstrike in the Sala district of Taiz governorate, which injured three civilians, including a child, suggesting an ongoing pattern of airstrikes targeting civilian infrastructure and residential areas.

The statement emphasized that attacks on civilian homes violate international humanitarian law, specifically breaching principles of distinction, proportionality, and precaution. The Center holds Saudi forces fully accountable for the casualties and calls for international legal mechanisms to ensure those responsible face justice.
