Sanaa: Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi delivered his fifth Ramadan lecture, addressing the issues of oppression and tyranny faced by the Muslim ummah.
According to Yemen News Agency, Sayyed Abdulmalik highlighted the relevance of Quranic stories in providing guidance and strengthening faith among believers. He emphasized the need for unwavering confidence in Allah and the importance of understanding and acting upon divine laws.
He drew parallels between the historical oppression faced by Prophet Musa (PBUH) and the current challenges faced by Muslims, particularly in Palestine. He criticized the actions of what he described as “arrogant forces” targeting Islamic holy sites, including the Al-Aqsa Mosque. He highlighted the daily struggles of Palestinians and the broader aggression against the Muslim world, pointing out the role of international powers in these conflicts.
The lecture underscored the necessity for the Muslim ummah to return to Allah’s guidance and remain steadfast in their faith. Sayyed Abdulmalik called for unity and awareness among Muslims, urging them to adhere to Allah’s path as the only means of deliverance from oppression.
He further elaborated on the divine plan for deliverance, using the story of Musa (PBUH) as an example of how Allah’s guidance leads to salvation through practical steps and steadfast faith. He emphasized that deliverance often requires active engagement and faith in Allah’s promise, rather than passive reliance on divine intervention.
The lecture concluded with a call for continued faith and reliance on Allah’s guidance to overcome the challenges faced by the Muslim ummah. Sayyed Abdulmalik urged believers to uphold justice and truth in the face of falsehood and tyranny, reiterating the importance of divine guidance in achieving victory and deliverance.
