Sana'a: The National Center of Meteorology and Early Warning has predicted scattered rainfall over various provinces in Yemen during the next 24 hours. According to Yemen News Agency, the weather bulletin from the center indicates that scattered rain, occasionally accompanied by thunder, is expected over the governorates of Saada, Amran, Hajjah, Ibb, Taiz, Al-Dhalea, and the highlands of Lahj and Abyan. The forecast extends to include scattered rain over parts of the governorates of Sana'a, Al-Mahwit, Raymah, Dhamar, and Al-Bayda. The rainy conditions are also expected to reach the plateaus and deserts of Al-Jawf, Marib, Hadramout, and Al-Mahrah, as well as parts of the eastern and southern coasts and the adjacent areas. The center has issued warnings to citizens about the potential for flash floods in valleys and ravines, advising against being present in or crossing these areas during and after rainfall. Drivers are also cautioned about reduced horizontal visibility on roads and mountainous slopes due to dense low clouds or fog, and are advised against crossing ground bridges during the flow of torrents.
