Sanaa: A meeting in the Capital Secretariat discussed on Thursday ways to implement a number of service and development projects in Maeen district within the framework of the 2025 plan. The meeting focused on the execution of various projects aimed at improving infrastructure and public services in the region.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was attended by key officials including the head of the Social Affairs Committee in the Secretariat’s local council, Hamoud Al-Naqib, Undersecretary of the Projects Sector, Engineer Abdulkarim Al-Houthi, Undersecretary for Agricultural Affairs Mohammed Saree, Director of the Directorate Abdulmalik Al-Radi, and Deputy Director of Central Projects Mouin Al-Mumari. The officials reviewed approved projects, which comprise two significant initiatives to maintain and restore asphalt and create rainwater traps on West Sixty Street.
Al-Naqib emphasized the local authority’s commitment to prioritizing service and development projects to meet the needs of citizens. He highlighted the volume of projects implemented in various districts of the Capital Secretariat during the past period, indicating a continued focus on infrastructure development and public welfare.
