Shabwa Governor Warns Against Joining Saudi Forces

Shabwa:The Governor of Shabwa, Awad Al-Awlaqi, has issued a warning to the residents of occupied provinces about the dangers of being exploited by the Saudi enemy and its mercenaries under false pretenses to join their ranks against Yemen.

According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Awlaqi urged the people from the southern and eastern provinces not to join forces loyal to Saudi Arabia. He emphasized that the leadership, including Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, views these people as integral to the Yemeni nation, united in the pursuit of freedom and independence.

The statement clarified that the primary objective of Yemen's leadership and armed forces is to confront Saudi aggression. There is no intention to target people in Shabwa or other occupied areas.

Al-Awlaqi criticized the military operations conducted by mercenary Al-Alimi from Riyadh, describing them as attempts to deceive the Saudi enemy into believing in potential victories. He argued that these operations exploit the people of the southern and eastern provinces, dragging them into battles that serve Saudi ambitions.

He highlighted the difficult position of the Saudi forces and their mercenaries following recent victories by Yemeni Armed Forces in Taiz and other regions. The Saudi forces are reportedly attempting to recover from losses by misleading the people of Shabwa into joining their fight.

Al-Awlaqi accused Al-Alimi of seeking to place the southern provinces' people at the forefront of the battle against their own nation, with little regard for their safety. This situation follows the retreat of Muslim Brotherhood militias and Wahhabi-ISIS elements from battlefronts now held by Yemeni Armed Forces.

The governor condemned the actions of Saudi militias against prisoners and martyrs, attributing these to a Wahhabi ideology that violates religious and moral values. Al-Awlaqi reaffirmed that such crimes would only strengthen the determination of Yemenis and their armed forces to liberate the entire nation from occupation.
