Shaub district: Shaub District in Capital Secretariat celebrated the anniversary of the birth of Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, with a series of evening gatherings, activities reflecting residents' joy and strong attachment to the occasion.
According to Yemen News Agency, residents of several neighborhoods organized religious and cultural gatherings, alongside a community preparatory meeting held in the district. The events were attended by local officials, social figures, sheikhs, neighborhood leaders, and community representatives.
The gatherings featured chants, cultural performances, and speeches highlighting the significance of the Prophet's birthday, the importance of commemorating his life, drawing lessons from his biography, values, and reinforcing faith-based identity.
Participants said that commemorating the occasion expresses their love, spiritual attachment to the Prophet, and reflects their commitment to following his teachings, morals, and values.
Cultural and awareness seminars were also held at several mosques across the district, addressing aspects of the Prophet's life and emphasizing the importance of following his example and values.
Meanwhile, educational activities continued at a number of public and private schools in Shaub District as part of preparations for the Prophet's birthday. The programs included cultural and chanting performances and educational activities aimed at reinforcing students' appreciation of the Prophet's life, values, and teachings.
