Sanaa: The Shura Council commended the special operation carried out by the Yemeni Armed Forces using a barrage of cruise missiles and drones, targeting sensitive and vital military sites belonging to the Israeli enemy in southern occupied Palestine.
According to Yemen News Agency, in a statement issued Sunday, the Shura Council affirmed its support for the operations deep inside the occupied entity, which come in response to the religious, moral, and humanitarian responsibility incumbent upon the Yemeni people towards the oppressed Palestinian people, and in continuation of support for the resistance axis fronts.
The statement pointed out that the military operations embody the principled and unwavering stance of the Republic of Yemen within the framework of the "Promised Victory and Holy Jihad" battle and the unity of the arenas and destiny, emphasizing that Yemen will not stand idly by in the face of any aggression targeting any of the countries of the Resistance Axis or any threat to the security and stability of the region.
The statement considered the Yemeni missiles' reaching their military targets deep within the enemy entity a strategic victory and a technological and military advancement for the missile force, shattering the enemy's arrogance and proving the failure of its internationally supported defense systems.
The Shura Council renewed its full and absolute mandate to the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council to take all appropriate strategic options to support the nation, defend its holy sites, and confront the Zionist scheme in the region under the so-called "New Middle East."
It condemned the policy of double standards and the silence of the international community and the United Nations regarding the crimes and massacres committed by the Israeli occupation entity against the peoples of the region in Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, and Iran.
The Council reaffirmed that Yemen, both its leadership and its people, will remain strong support and unwavering assistance to Palestine and the valiant resistance, until the aggression is stopped, the siege is lifted, and all of Palestine is cleansed of the defilement of the Zionist occupation.
