Sana'a: The Shura Council's leadership, chaired by Shura speaker Mohammed al-Aidrous, reviewed on Sunday preparations for the Council's Prophet's birthday celebration for 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, the leadership emphasized the importance of commemorating the occasion to deepen loyalty to God and the Prophet, draw lessons from his life, and promote humanitarian values, justice, and mercy within society.
Members were urged to actively participate in official and public events in Sana'a and across governorates, and to prepare for the central celebration befitting the Prophet's status.
The council also praised security forces for thwarting enemy plots and maintaining internal stability, calling on all Yemenis to remain vigilant and support efforts to protect the nation, especially as Yemen occupies a distinguished position regionally and globally.
