Shura Council Speaker Extends Condolences on Passing of Omar Saqqaf

Sana'a: Shura Council Speaker Mohammed Al-Aidaroos has sent a cable of condolences following the death of Omar Ahmed Abdullah Al-Saqqaf, who passed away at the age of 80. Al-Saqqaf was recognized for his contributions to the nation and society.

According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Aidaroos conveyed his condolences to Shura Council members Abdullah Saleh Al-Saqqaf and Hashim Mustafa Al-Saqqaf, as well as the deceased's sons, Abdullah and Mohammed, and other family members. The Speaker praised Al-Saqqaf for his virtues, gentle morals, and efforts in promoting tolerance and brotherhood. He also acknowledged his role in supporting the fronts and confronting aggression.

The Shura Council Speaker expressed deep condolences to the Al-Saqqaf family in Al-Suwadiyah District, Baydha Governorate. He prayed for mercy and forgiveness for the deceased, hoping for his admittance to Paradise, while wishing patience and solace for his family and loved ones.
