Sana'a: The Shura Council Speaker, Mohammed Hussein Al-Aidarous, has sent a congratulatory cable to the Revolution Leader, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and His Excellency Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, as well as to the Council's members, in celebration of the Prophet's Birthday anniversary.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Aidarous expressed his congratulations and blessings on behalf of the Presidency Board, members of the Shura Council, and the General Secretariat. The message was directed to the Revolution Leader, the President and members of the Political Council, the Speakers of Parliament, the Prime Minister, the judiciary, the armed and security forces, the front-line defenders, and the Yemeni people on this religious occasion.
He emphasized the importance of the Prophet's Birthday anniversary for the Yemeni people and for the Arab and Islamic nations, noting it as an opportunity to draw inspiration from the Prophetic path and renew loyalty to the Greatest Messenger.
Al-Aidarous pointed out that true adherence to the Prophet's guidance today involves emulating his morals, conduct, and interactions, and promoting values of love, peace, benevolence, and compassion.
He urged for the strengthening of national unity and collective efforts in development, while addressing the Zionist escalation against Yemen because of its stance in support of the Palestinian people, who face significant adversity from the occupying entity.
The Shura Council Speaker reiterated support for the revolutionary leadership, the Supreme Political Council, and the armed forces in opposing Zionist aggression, defending national sovereignty, and supporting Gaza until the aggression ends and the Palestinian people gain independence.
He concluded with prayers for Yemen's protection and hoped for future celebrations of this occasion in a state of glory, victory, empowerment, and stability.
