Hajjah: The Republican Hospital Authority in Hajjah governorate today signed a contract to implement a water purification station project for its dialysis center at a cost of 47 million and 80 thousand Yemeni riyals, funded by the Ministries of Finance, Health, and Environment.
According to Yemen News Agency, the contract was signed by the head of the authority, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Ashwal, alongside the representative of Royal Pharma Company, Dr. Fahmi Al-Hanani. The agreement includes the supply, installation, operation, and training necessary for the water purification station at the dialysis center.
The signing ceremony was attended by notable figures such as Mohammed Al-Abyad, the director of dialysis centers at the Ministry of Health and Environment, and Fouad Rajah, the head of legal affairs at the authority. During the event, the authority's chairman highlighted the critical importance of the project in alleviating the suffering of dialysis patients, particularly in light of the increasing number of kidney failure cases.
He expressed gratitude towards the Ministries of Health, Environment, and Finance for their financial support, noting that the project will significantly enhance healthcare performance at the facility and ease the hardships faced by patients. The chairman also emphasized the necessity for the project to be implemented in accordance with technical studies and predefined specifications.
