Sanaa: The General Authority for the Development of Small and Micro Projects honored 110 multimedia graduates who participated in an applied training program aimed at integrating university outputs into economic development, while also launching 48 visual identities for small projects.
According to Yemen News Agency, the ceremony marked the conclusion of the second phase of the program, which engaged students in designing visual identities for small and micro projects. Head of the Authority Ahmed al-Kebsi stated that the initiative promotes volunteerism, enhances students' skills for the job market, and builds confidence in local products. He highlighted the program's practical training as a vital connection between academic study and real-world application, assisting project owners in improving their branding.
Dr. Ali Mohammed, Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at al-Andalus University, commended the Authority's efforts in motivating students to initiate their own projects and emphasized the importance of university-business collaboration to tackle graduate unemployment. Student representative Hussein al-Barai added that the training improved their readiness for the labor market while offering professional support to small project owners.
