Sana’a: The leadership of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor honored the head of the Public Authority for Zakat, Sheikh Shamsan Abu Nashtan, in recognition of his efforts in the field of social and humanitarian work.
According to Yemen News Agency, the ceremony was attended by First Deputy Prime Minister Allama Mohammed Miftah and Minister of Health and Environment Dr. Ali Shiban. During the event, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Samir Bajjalah presented a shield of giving to Sheikh Abu Nashtan, acknowledging the Authority’s contributions and its collaboration with the Ministry in funding social programs and projects.
Sheikh Abu Nashtan expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Social Affairs for the honor, considering it a tribute to all employees of the Commission. He commended the Ministry’s efforts and its humanitarian sectors in serving the community.
