Sana'a:Southeast Capital Court: The court has announced its verdict in the case against the "Tihama Flavor" Real Estate Investment and Development Company, convicting 38 individuals for various crimes.
According to Yemen News Agency, the defendants were found guilty of fraud, misappropriating funds from over 13,000 citizens, money laundering, and providing false information.
Presided over by Judge Jaber Mughallis and with the presence of Judge Issam Al-Mawri from the Southeast Prosecution, the court sentenced Fathiya Ahmed Mohammed Al-Mahwiti and her brothers Abdulaziz, Abdulnasser, Abdullatif, Ibrahim, and Ali Ahmed Mohammed Al-Mahwitito ten years in prison each.
Additionally, the court sentenced Ahmed and Abdulrazaq Ahmed Mohammed Al-Mahwiti, along with Mohammed Ali Mohammed Al-Sawari, Ali Mohammed Ali Al-Sawari, Khalil Mohammed Ali Al-Sawari, and Jubran Mohammed Ali Al-Sawari, to seven years in prison each.
