Sana'a: Member of the Supreme Political Council, Sultan al-Sameai, addressed the speaker and members of the Yemeni parliament on Tuesday, outlining the reality and dimensions of foreign conspiracies aimed at undermining the national economy. Al-Sameai's briefing emphasized the need for national unity to counteract these challenges and thwart the schemes that threaten the economic stability of the nation, particularly the systematic exploitation of Yemen's resources by mercenaries of the aggression coalition.
According to Yemen News Agency, al-Sameai highlighted the concerted efforts required to address these foreign conspiracies, while commending the speaker and parliament members for their proactive stance on issues concerning citizen welfare. He praised their roles in engaging with Arab Unions, Parliaments, and the United Nations about the ongoing plundering of Yemeni resources by the aggression coalition and its proxies.
Speaker Yahya al-Ra'i acknowledged al-Sameai's efforts in fostering national unity and addressing economic challenges posed by foreign aggression. He stressed the importance of raising awareness to thwart conspiracies that aim to destabilize Yemen, particularly due to its support for the Palestinian cause.
Al-Ra'i also highlighted the Yemeni Armed Forces' recent military actions, including the fourth phase of the naval blockade on the Zionist enemy's ports, which demonstrates Yemen's steadfast support for Gaza. He commended the leadership of Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi and the political leadership for their unwavering support for Palestine.
The speaker applauded the military successes of the Yemeni Armed Forces in targeting strategic locations within the occupied Palestinian territories, as well as the effective air and sea blockade on ports and airports, underscoring the competence of Yemen's revolutionary, political, and military leadership.
