In his message to Argentina, Al-Ra'i conveyed his greetings to MartÂn Menem, the President of the Argentine Chamber of Deputies, on Argentina's National Day. This occasion celebrates the country's rich history and the enduring friendship between Yemen and Argentina.
Al-Ra'i also addressed a congratulatory note to Tagesse Chafo, the Speaker of the Ethiopian House of Peoples' Representatives, celebrating Ethiopia's National Day. This day signifies the unity and cultural heritage of the Ethiopian people.
