Stands in Ibb Governorate Affirm Readiness, Steadfastness in Confronting Aggression

Sana'a: Following Friday prayers, Ibb governorate witnessed massive public rallies in the governorate's capital and various districts under the slogan "Our monitoring continues, our hands are on the trigger, and mobilization continues."

According to Yemen News Agency, participants in the stands affirmed that the continued public gatherings reflect the level of popular awareness and broad support for the options of confronting the aggression and countering all attempts to target Yemen and its security and stability. They emphasized that the Yemeni people have become more resilient and steadfast in facing the challenges.

The participants explained that monitoring and tracking the aggression and its crimes will continue, along with ongoing mobilization and raising readiness levels in various fields, which will strengthen the resilience of the home front and support those stationed in positions of honor and dignity.

They pointed out that the unwavering popular stance confirms the failure of all attempts to break the will of the Yemeni people, noting that the people of Ibb will remain at the forefront of supporting national causes and standing with the Palestinian people in confronting the crimes of the Zionist occupation.

The participants reaffirmed their commitment to continuing the paths of mobilization, training, and recruitment, which contribute to strengthening the factors of resilience and steadfastness, and supplying the fronts with fighters and support convoys until victory is achieved.

They emphasized that the Yemeni people possess the will and awareness to thwart the enemies' plans, and that all attempts at pressure, siege, and targeting will only increase the Yemenis' unity and adherence to their national and faith-based positions.

The participants expressed their condemnation of the continued crimes committed by the Zionist occupation against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, affirming that the Palestinian cause will remain the central issue for the nation, and that Yemen will remain present in the battle to defend the holy sites and the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.

They called on the people of Yemen to strengthen national unity, unify their ranks, and continue their conscious and responsible action to confront the challenges, emphasizing that the battle of awareness and steadfastness is a fundamental pillar in countering the schemes of hegemony and targeting to which the nation is subjected.

A statement issued by the organizers of the demonstrations explained that the Yemeni people continue to follow developments in the Gaza Strip and monitor the crimes of the Zionist enemy against the Palestinian people, including its ongoing violations against civilians and its continued breaches of agreements and reneging on commitments and pledges, amidst a continuous bloody escalation that has resulted in thousands of martyrs and wounded.

The statement indicated that the death toll from the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip has risen to 72,628 martyrs and 172,520 wounded, coinciding with the continued suffocating siege imposed on the Strip, which is causing a catastrophic deterioration in the humanitarian, living, and health conditions.

It noted that the crimes of the Zionist enemy since the ceasefire on October 11th have resulted in the martyrdom of 846 Palestinians and the injury of 2,418 others, in addition to the recovery of the bodies of 769 martyrs. This reflects the scale of the ongoing violations and attacks against the Palestinian people.

The statement affirmed the unwavering religious, humanitarian, and moral stance of the Yemeni people in support of the Palestinian people and their legitimate resistance, reiterating their continued support for Gaza until the aggression ceases and the siege is lifted.

It condemned in the strongest terms the continued desecration of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the repeated violations of Islamic holy sites, warning of the dangers of the Zionist escalation against these sites and attempts to impose a new Judaized reality.

The statement also indicated that the Yemeni people are closely monitoring the crimes and violations committed by the Zionist enemy in Lebanon, including the targeting and killing of civilians, as well as the ongoing incursions and attacks in Syria, all amidst Arab and Islamic silence and inaction.

It praised Hezbollah's operations against Israeli enemy forces, affirming support for the resistance forces and adherence to the principle of unified fronts, and standing with the Islamic Republic of Iran in confronting American and Israeli threats.

The statement urged free media outlets to intensify their coverage of events in Gaza and Palestine, and to keep the Palestinian cause at the forefront as the central issue for the nation. It also called for countering the soft war by easing dowry requirements, reducing marriage costs, and establishing societal guidelines that regulate these matters in accordance with the teachings of Islam.
