Student March in Al-Mahwit Commemorates Prophet’s Birthday with Enthusiastic Participation

Al-mahwit: Al-Mahwit city witnessed a student march on Saturday commemorating the Prophet Muhammad's birthday for the year 1448 AH. Participants in the march carried flags and banners expressing their joy at the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).

According to Yemen News Agency, the participants chanted slogans expressing the greatness of the occasion and its significance to the nation. The event played a pivotal role in recalling the Prophet's life, values, and principles. The march proceeded through several streets of Al-Mahwit city, amidst widespread public participation, reflecting the high level of student and educational attendance and participation in the events and activities held to commemorate the Prophet's birthday.

The head of the provincial education sector, Ibrahim Al-Zain, explained the importance of implementing these activities, emphasizing their role in strengthening students' faith, morals, and educational values, and in solidifying their connection to the life of the Prophet Muhammad. He pointed out that organizing marches and cultural activities in schools is part of an educational program aimed at developing students' religious and national awareness, and introducing the younger generation to the life, morals, and principles of the Prophet, thus fostering a sense of responsibility and emulation of noble values.

For his part, the director of the education directorate, Ibrahim Al-Nasser, affirmed that the participation of school students in commemorating this occasion embodies the education sector's commitment to instilling faith and moral values in the younger generation, and to familiarizing them with the life, principles, and values of the Prophet Muhammad in building the nation. He commended the efforts of the educational staff and students who participated in the success of the march, emphasizing the importance of continuing educational and cultural activities and events that coincide with the occasion, contributing to strengthening faith and instilling prophetic values among students.

The head of the education sector in Al-Mahwit city, Malik Al Shahdhi, confirmed that the march comes within the educational program and activities accompanying the commemoration of the Prophet's birthday, embodying the status of the Great Messenger in the hearts of students and educational staff.
