Support for Palestine and Opposition to Saudi Actions Marked by Mass Rallies in Sanaa

Sanaa:Massive rallies and public gatherings took place in the capital Sanaa and other provinces on Friday, showing support for the Palestinian people and urging mobilization against what participants criticized as Saudi aggression and blockade.

According to Yemen News Agency, the rallies marked the third anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Flood operation. Participants reaffirmed Yemen's ongoing religious, moral, and humanitarian commitment to supporting the Palestinian people and resistance fighters.

The demonstrations renewed their pledge to support the causes of the Arab and Islamic nations, with a particular focus on Palestine and its holy sites, such as Mecca, Medina, and Al-Aqsa Mosque. The rallies emphasized Yemen's stance on maintaining the "blockade for blockade and escalation for escalation" strategy, targeting Saudi military activities until the aggression ends, the blockade is lifted, and the rights of the Yemeni people are secured.

The Al-Aqsa Flood anniversary was described as a pivotal moment in the Palestinian struggle, with praise given to the sacrifices of Palestinian leaders and fighters in Gaza. The rallies expressed support for resistance movements in Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, and Iran, and urged Arab and Islamic countries to take decisive action against Saudi-Zionist plans aimed at the region and its holy sites.

Participants also commended the liberation of districts in Taiz province and strikes against Saudi oil facilities, calling for increased readiness and ongoing operations to break the blockade and support the armed forces. The rallies concluded by emphasizing that efforts to lift the blockade would persist without retreat.
