Sana'a: The Supreme Judicial Council, in its regular session chaired by Council President Judge Dr. Abdul-Mu'min Shujaa Al-Deen, approved a number of decisions and legal reforms related to the performance and structure of judicial institutions.
According to Yemen News Agency, key approvals included endorsement of the admission criteria for the 26th intake of postgraduate students at the High Judicial Institute and for the third cohort of the Criminal Sciences Diploma for Public Prosecution members. Additionally, the council approved the final results of the second cohort of the Criminal Law Diploma under the Continuing Qualification Department and appointed graduates to the rank of Assistant Public Prosecutor (Grade B).
The council also adopted the judicial statistics report of the Supreme Court and reviewed the performance report of the Judicial Inspection Authority for the first half of 1446 AH.
