Taiz: Taiz governorate on Saturday held a central celebration for the Day of Wilayah 1446 AH in the Great Prophet Square, under the slogan "Whoever I am his master, then this Ali is his master."
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Mohammed al-Madani, Minister of Electricity Dr. Ali Saif, and Acting Governor Ahmed al-Masawi. The celebration featured folk performances and emphasized the anniversary's embodiment of faith and loyalty to God, His Messenger, and Imam Ali.
Acting Governor al-Masawa recalled the Prophet's hadith declaring Imam Ali as master, praising Imam Ali as a unifying figure and symbol of courage and justice. He directly connected the ongoing regional struggles against the Zionist entity to the essential need for steadfastness, highlighting the belief that resilience and unwavering commitment are vital in the face of current conflicts.
Al-Masawa further emphasized this point by highlighting what he characterized as the "stumbling" of the Zionist entity in the region. This assessment serves to validate the importance of continued perseverance, suggesting that the enemies are facing significant difficulties. Speakers at the event stressed drawing lessons from Imam Ali's life, asserting that adherence to divine guardianship, as per the Quran, is crucial for the nation's destiny and strength.
