Sana'a: The Taiz province branch of the General Authority for the Care of Martyrs' Families initiated a project on Saturday to distribute school bags to the children of martyrs and missing persons. The project is being conducted under the slogan "With Knowledge and Learning... We Preserve the Legacy of Our Martyrs."
According to Yemen News Agency, during the launch ceremony, Taiz province first undersecretary, Taiz Mohammed al-Khalidi, emphasized the importance of collective efforts to support the families and children of martyrs and missing persons. He underscored the necessity of addressing their educational, health, social, and economic needs to ensure their well-being.
Officials from the education sector and local authorities voiced their commitment to assisting the students in overcoming challenges. Their aim is to ensure the students' academic advancement and successful integration into society.
The project aims to benefit approximately 1,400 students across the governorate, as stated by the organizers.
