Taiz: Taiz governorate witnessed massive public gatherings on Friday in 102 squares across the governorate's districts, under the slogan "Our squares are united... with Palestine against tyranny, and we will not abandon Lebanon."
According to Yemen News Agency, these gatherings affirmed the unwavering faith and support for Lebanon, the Resistance Axis, and Hezbollah, demonstrating a high level of readiness to confront any developments against the enemies of Islam. Participants in the marches raised Yemeni, Palestinian, Lebanese, and Iranian flags, along with banners affirming the unity of the Palestinian cause and their support for Lebanon and Iran. They chanted slogans expressing their stance on the issues facing the nation, emphasizing their continued support for Palestine and Lebanon.
The massive public turnout and popular momentum highlighted the participants' steadfastness and readiness to confront challenges. It also represented a renewal of their pledge and loyalty to the causes of the nation, particularly the Palestinian cause, which remains central to the Yemeni people despite external conspiracies.
The participants indicated that the marches and demonstrations are a response to Allah Almighty, a struggle in His cause, and an answer to the call of the leader, Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi. They affirmed their firm positions against the Zionist enemy's plan known as "Greater Israel" and demonstrated their support for the nation's causes and holy sites, as well as their readiness for all potential developments.
The crowds gathered in Taiz governorate's districts voiced that the Zionist scheme and the American project will not succeed, thanks to the steadfastness of free peoples and the sacrifices of the martyrs of the Resistance Axis. They praised the pivotal role played by the Resistance Axis, particularly Hezbollah, which has demonstrated its ability to strike at the strongholds of the Israeli enemy.
Hezbollah's military effectiveness, they noted, transcends traditional deterrence, confirming that resistance is the strategic option for liberating land and preserving dignity. It represents the striking force that protects the nation from the enemy's arrogance and breaks its power. The participants reiterated Yemen's unwavering support for Lebanon and the Resistance Axis, especially Hezbollah, which represents the spearhead in confronting the American-Zionist project.
A statement issued by the Taiz marches underscored the Yemeni people's stance against the Zionist scheme and their support for the nation's causes and holy sites, particularly the Palestinian cause and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque. It expressed solidarity with Lebanon and Hezbollah's fighters and readiness for all potential developments in confronting the enemies.
The statement emphasized steadfastness in upholding the faith-based position of carrying the banner of Islam, the Quran, and Jihad, as carried by their forefathers, the Ansar, alongside the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). It highlighted the continued enmity towards global Zionism and its arms, America and Israel, and the refusal to abandon holy sites or relinquish Palestine, Lebanon, and the Resistance axis fronts.
The statement reaffirmed the commitment to the unity of the battlefields, rejecting the "change of the Middle East" or the "Greater Israel plan," and preparing for the next conflict with the enemies until the liberation of Palestine and the region. It praised the heroism of Hezbollah's fighters, particularly in Bint Jbeil, and reaffirmed readiness alongside the Quranic leadership and armed forces for eventualities, ensuring Lebanon and Palestine are not alone until victory is achieved.
The statement called upon the nation's peoples to raise their Quranic faith-based awareness and resist enemies' attacks targeting awareness. It warned against deception and attempts to divide the nation's unity, stressing that a return to the Book of Allah offers an opportunity to correct awareness and defeat the enemy.
