Taiz:The Yemeni Standards, Metrology and Quality Control Authority's branch in Taiz Governorate has been actively conducting field inspections of industrial facilities. The purpose of these inspections is to ensure that the facilities comply with approved standard specifications.
According to Yemen News Agency, the inspections are part of the branch's annual plan, which aims to verify production standards, provide technical guidance, and ensure the quality and safety of products. Branch Director Riyadh Al-Bukhaiti emphasized that these initiatives are crucial for maintaining high standards.
The inspection campaign involves collecting samples for testing and identifying products that do not meet compliance requirements. Legal action is taken against violators, and efforts are made to raise the awareness of workers regarding quality requirements.
