Sanaa: Minister of Oil and Minerals Dr. Abdullah Al-Amir on Monday chaired a meeting with the team evaluating the development and simplification of procedures in the ministry's affiliated units to review progress on streamlining services at the Yemen Petroleum Company.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting discussed the final review of the company's draft services manual and examined proposals aimed at improving service efficiency, simplifying procedures, and enhancing institutional performance.
Participants approved a number of recommendations for incorporation into the draft manual to support service development and improve operational efficiency.
Minister Al-Amir also reviewed the team's progress on the remaining services and directed members to complete their assessment and prepare proposals for discussion at the next meeting.
