Sanaa: The Supreme Authority for Tender Control and Auctions has urged all tender and auction committees in government agencies to ensure that applicants submit all necessary documents in compliance with Article (91) of the executive regulations of the law.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Authority issued a circular to ministries, governorates, authorities, institutions, interests, central agencies, companies, and universities, emphasizing the need to complete all essential documents required with the tender submissions.
