Sana’a: The Fifth Vascular Surgery Conference, the Third Cardiac Surgery Conference, and the First Faculty of Medicine Conference on Cardiovascular Surgery commenced today in Sana’a. The conferences are organized by the Yemeni Society for Vascular Surgery and the Faculty of Medicine at Sana’a University.

According to Yemen News Agency, over two days, the conferences will discuss a number of working papers and research on the latest scientific research and advanced therapeutic developments in vascular and cardiac surgery. Five hundred leading physicians, consultants, and specialists from within Yemen and abroad are participating, along with specialized papers on methods for performing cardiac surgeries without general anesthesia.
