Sana'a:The National Center of Meteorology and Early Warning has forecasted continued thundery rainfall over several governorates within the next 24 hours.
According to Yemen News Agency, thunderstorms of varying intensity are anticipated in parts of Taiz, Ibb, Raymah, Al Mahwit, Hajjah, as well as the Tihama Plain and western coast.
Additionally, scattered rain, sometimes accompanied by thunder, is expected over areas including Amran, Al Dhale'a, Dhamar, and Saada.
The center has issued warnings to citizens and motorists to avoid valley beds and flood channels during thundery rainfall. It also advises against staying in elevated areas, near metal structures, and tall trees. Further precautions include refraining from using mobile phones and ensuring electrical disconnections.
