Sana'a: A training course on public responsibility and national affairs management commenced on Saturday at the Ministry of Oil and Minerals. This initiative is part of a broader training program inspired by the lectures of the Revolution Leader, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badruddin Al-Houthi, which draw from the teachings and wisdom of Imam Ali (peace be upon him).
According to Yemen News Agency, the five-day course is organized by the Ministry of Oil in collaboration with the National Center for Capacity Building and Decision Support. It aims to equip 220 leaders and employees from the ministry and its affiliated units with essential knowledge about responsibility and commitment to serving the public interest. Additionally, the course seeks to enhance leadership and administrative awareness within institutional frameworks.
The opening session was attended by key figures, including the Minister of Oil and Minerals, Dr. Abdullah Al-Amir, Deputy Minister Mohammed Al-Najjar, and Dr. Yahya Al-Mahqari, head of the National Center for Capacity Building. Course supervisors highlighted the significance of the intellectual and ethical guidance provided in the training, emphasizing its role in improving institutional performance and enhancing administrative and technical efficiency within the ministry and its units.
The course is part of the Ministry of Oil and Minerals' ongoing efforts to develop the capabilities of its personnel and to reinforce awareness of national responsibilities. This aligns with current requirements and the overarching goals of comprehensive development.
