Al-Bayda City:A training course organized by the Banian Development Foundation has concluded, aimed at enhancing the skills of administrative board members and executive management teams from agricultural cooperative societies in Al-Bayda Governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, the 15-day program was conducted by the Banian Academy for Training and Qualification and supervised by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources along with the local authority of Al-Bayda Governorate. It involved 29 participants from various districts including Rada'a, Al-Arsh, Al-Bayda City, and Al-Bayda Rural.
The course provided participants with training in management, planning, direction, and evaluation. Additionally, it focused on the implementation of modern financial and accounting systems to enhance the operational capacity of the cooperative societies.
