Sana'a: The Ministry of Oil and Minerals launched a training program on Monday for 160 leaders and employees of the ministry and its affiliated units, focusing on lessons from the speeches and wisdom of Imam Ali on public responsibility and governance.
According to Yemen News Agency, the program is coordinated with the National Center for Capacity Building and Decision Support and includes lectures on leadership and responsibility derived from both Imam Ali's teachings and the Revolution Leader, Mr. Abdulmalik Al-Houthi.
The initiative aims to instill values of public responsibility, enhance institutional performance, and motivate employees to excel in their duties.
