Training Workshop Concludes in Sana’a on Code of Conduct

Sana'a: A training workshop on the Code of Conduct concluded today in the capital, organized by the Development Research and Training and Human Resources Departments of the Secretariat. The workshop was attended by 35 trainees from human resources directorates.

According to Yemen News Agency, the two-day workshop aimed to consolidate behavioral, ethical, and professional principles among administrative cadres. The objective was to advance administrative work, improve performance, and provide public services to citizens. It also sought to promote discipline and transparency in the government work environment, strengthen faith-based identity, principles, and ethical values, and implement the contents of the Code of Conduct in the workplace. This approach is expected to enhance the effectiveness of institutional performance and reduce irregularities.
