Transport Ministry and September 21 University Collaborate on Infrastructure Improvements

Sana'a: Minister of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Qaheem met with Dr. Mujahid Ma'sar, President of September 21 University for Medical and Applied Sciences, to discuss potential collaboration in infrastructure development. The meeting focused on enhancing the infrastructure surrounding the university, particularly its Al-Khamsin campus, to improve accessibility and the overall environment for students and staff.

According to Yemen News Agency, the discussion included Al-Hodeidah Governor Abdullah Ateefi and Dr. Muti' Abu Uraij, the university's Vice President for Academic Affairs. They explored ways to coordinate efforts between the ministry and the university to upgrade the roads around the campus. The goal is to support the university's development projects and align them with progress in various sectors.

Following the meeting, Qaheem, Ateefi, and Ma'sar toured the campus to inspect its current infrastructure, educational facilities, and ongoing modernization projects. They assessed the progress in both academic and construction fields, expressing satisfaction with the developments.

The Transport Minister and the Al-Hodeidah Governor commended the university for its advancements, recognizing it as a model for higher education institutions. They attributed the progress to the effective administrative vision of the university's leadership.
